What Is VBS?
VBS—or Vacation Bible School— is a 5-day-long event where we invite kids from all around the Upper Cumberland to come and learn about Jesus while also having LOADS of fun!
Each night is filled with games, praise & worship, lessons, Bible stories, crafts, dinner, coloring sheets, laughter, and much more! Many of our VBS teachers still remember to this day the impression that VBS left on their heart when they attended years or even decades ago.
It is our prayer that our VBS would be a blessing to your kids for years to come as well!

When is Vacation Bible School this year?
Engrafted Word Church’s VBS will be held June 2 – 6, 2025 from 5:45 pm – 8:30 pm.
at What age can children attend VBS?
VBS is open to children who are 4 years old through children who have completed the 6th grade. All children must be potty trained.
How much does VBS cost?
VBS is always FREE!!
What measures are taken to ensure the safety of our children?
We take the safety of your children very seriously.
All adult volunteers are required to have a cleared background check and complete a ministry-safe training prior to serving during the week of VBS.
will my children be fed?
Yes! All children will receive a completely free meal each night.
What if my child has allergies?
Your child’s safety and well-being are our number one priority during their visit to our VBS. If your child has an allergy, please fill out the appropriate section in our registration form or notify one of our VBS volunteers upon arrival.
how will I know which class my child has been assigned to?
We arrange our classes by school grade. Preschool (4 – 5 years old), Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th – 6th.
What if I cannot drive my child to the church?
If your child needs a church van ride to VBS, please call our church office (931-528-1305) no later than 2:00 pm each day.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILDREN WEAR?
While your kids will have some sit-down lesson time, most of the time is spent playing games, doing activities, or jumping up and down during praise and worship. We recommend comfortable yet modest clothing.
